Bio

Zoe has been a sewer and maker since childhood and has always had a passion for textiles and design.  Having worked in the financial industry for over 20 years the dream of making her passion a career has finally become a reality.

She is City and Guilds trained in upholstery in both traditional and modern techniques.  She also has a love for making lampshades and soft furnishings and is a professionally-trained curtain maker.

“I have an eclectic taste and enjoy mixing the modern with the old.  I love vintage fabrics and using them to make lampshades and cushions.  I love colour and texture and the thrill of creating something unique. I am a strong believer in reducing waste and reusing and reviving old seating and making it into a thing of beauty with a purpose.”

If she is not in her workshop in Poole you will often find her rummaging at flea markets, antique and vintage fairs looking for those gems for her next project.

So, if you are looking for that unique piece for your home, please get in touch.
